As a technical expert, the Courseware Content Specialist is responsible for the development and oversight of courseware and related training products, ensuring that they meet stringent project scopes, budgets, and deadlines. This position also supports instructor training and contributes to the creation and revision of content, reinforcing the company’s reputation for delivering effective and compliant aviation training. The Courseware Content Specialist’s responsibilities extend beyond content creation to include interpreting complex aviation data and applications into engaging and effective learning materials. • Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years in specialty area
• 3+ years as an instructor preferred
• Experience as a pilot in business aviation or air carrier preferred
• Knowledgeable about business and commercial aviation safety
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Ability to manage project scope and tasks within assigned timeframe
• Strong communication and cooperative environment skills
