The Director of Sales position, based in New York City, offers an exciting leadership opportunity within this dynamic environment. This full-time role reports to the National Vice President of Sales and is focused on expanding the company’s reach and revenue across the East Coast, with a key emphasis on New York City and surrounding markets. The Director of Sales will lead a regional sales organization, consisting of two Associate Directors, Account Executives, and Sales Development Representatives, with a primary objective of new client acquisition and sustained revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in business-to-business (B2B) sales and team development. They will implement and execute scalable go-to-market strategies, manage a robust sales funnel, and drive pipeline growth using advanced sales technologies such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Gong. Leadership in this role involves recruiting, onboarding, and continuously developing high-performing sales teams, driving accountability and performance through data-driven coaching and performance management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering is essential to align messaging and accelerate adoption of service offerings.
This role emphasizes fostering strong partnerships with third-party referral and channel partners to unlock expansion opportunities. The Director of Sales will also stay current with market competition and evolving customer expectations, contributing strategic insights to organizational planning and forecasting. Leading regular team meetings with clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and refining sales processes to ensure scalable and sustainable growth are critical components of this role.

The Director of Sales position in New York City offers an annual salary range of $125,000 to $175,000, plus uncapped commission and incentive earnings, with on-target earning potential between $125,000 and $225,000, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding high performance and leadership excellence.
                - bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
 - 7+ years of experience in direct B2B sales to SMBs or mid-market organizations
 - 3 to 5 years of experience in building and managing front-line sales teams
