The role of Concierge/Receptionist at Sandhill Cove Retirement Community is a critical position that serves as the welcoming face and first point of contact for residents, guests, employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers. This role demands a warm, professional demeanor combined with excellent communication skills to create a positive and inviting atmosphere. The Concierge/Receptionist is responsible for greeting everyone who enters the community, handling incoming calls, and solving various issues while ensuring organizational goals are met and individuals feel appropriately attended to. The position involves managing deliveries, documenting receipts, preparing maintenance requests, and assisting the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments.
This is a part-time role with an hourly wage starting at $15.00, featuring a shift schedule primarily on Wednesdays from 4:45 PM to 8:00 PM, and rotating weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:45 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Weekend shifts alternate between mornings and evenings each weekend, with additional opportunities available for holiday and vacation coverage.
