The Corporate Director of Beverage & Service at HHM Hotels is a pivotal leadership role responsible for designing, scaling, and enhancing beverage and service programs across the entire hotel portfolio. This full-time position entails ownership of enterprise-wide beverage partnerships, supplier management, menu strategy, and standardization processes that collectively aim to elevate the guest experience and optimize revenue and margin generation. The Director plays a critical role in engineering innovative wine and cocktail menus that not only complement culinary offerings but also resonate with the brand vision of each property. The position encompasses managing procurement protocols, inventory controls, cost discipline, and training programs that uphold high service standards. Additionally, the Corporate Director collaborates closely with the Culinary and Concept Development teams to ensure beverage offerings are aligned with the brand’s identity and deliver measurable performance gains across the portfolio. The role holds accountability for compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws, as well as promoting responsible beverage service throughout the organization. Hands-on leadership and support across multiple properties are required, with up to 75% travel expected. Strategic responsibilities also include overseeing key guest reservation platforms like OpenTable GuestCenter and ResyOS, interpreting guest data to influence service delivery and operational efficiency. The role offers a significant growth path leading to senior leadership positions such as Senior Director of Beverage & Service and ultimately Vice President of Beverage & Service. • Education in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in beverage program leadership
• Experience managing multi-location or portfolio beverage operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
• Availability to travel frequently and work on holidays or weekends
• Valid certifications in responsible alcohol service a plus
