The role of House Manager at Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills is a cornerstone position within the Executive Office, providing full-time, permanent leadership and management of the residential operations. The House Manager acts as the trusted liaison for homeowners, coordinating all facets of property maintenance, housekeeping, concierge services, and staff management. Inspired by a residential approach to luxury hospitality, this role ensures that the homes are maintained to the highest standards, safeguarding property value while delivering an outstanding, tailored customer experience. Operating within budgetary constraints, the House Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of services that enhance the daily lives of residents. This includes enforcing safety, security, and privacy protocols in line with Rosewood's brand standards. Beyond operational oversight, the House Manager cultivates a harmonious community environment, fostering a warm yet refined lifestyle where owners feel connected and valued. The role includes financial responsibilities such as managing HOA budgets, ensuring compliance with policies and by-laws, and preparing reports on performance and strategic initiatives. This position offers an annual salary range of $160,000 to $175,000, commensurate with experience, and may be eligible for bonuses. • 4-year degree in business administration, hotel or property management or related major
• 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
• management license for condominiums as applicable
• ability to manage and conduct human resources activities
• strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• sound financial acumen managing budgets
• fluency in English
• preferred eight or more years senior management experience in luxury hotel
