We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals with morning and daytime availability, specifically from 5am to noon and/or noon to 8pm, to join our bakery team. This role focuses on the hands-on process of cookie baking, including weighing and shaping dough, baking, and decorating the cookies to ensure they look just as delicious as they taste. Precision and attention to detail are paramount, as we want to maintain the high standard our customers expect from our brand. Beyond baking, this position offers an opportunity to engage directly with our customers, providing exceptional service and helping to fulfill orders efficiently. We believe that a positive customer interaction can brighten someone’s day, and we cherish the relationships we build with our returning customers. Although prior baking experience is not a requirement, a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail will certainly benefit those in this role. Our bakers receive comprehensive cross-training, allowing them to develop versatile skills ranging from baking techniques to customer service.
