Currently, FISD is seeking a dedicated Cook for an on-call position located at Westminster Schools of Augusta, Georgia. This role is designed to support meal preparation within a school setting, ensuring that food quality and safety standards meet or exceed federal, state, and corporate guidelines. The on-call schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, providing flexibility with detailed scheduling to be discussed during interviews. The hourly pay rate is set at $12.00. This role is integral to maintaining high standards during food service times, including preparing meals according to standardized recipes, ensuring proper portioning, serving food at optimal temperatures, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
The ideal candidate will have prior cooking experience and a passion for working in a dynamic foodservice environment that values nutrition and community impact.
