• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handler's permit if required by state or county regulations
• Training in preparation of therapeutic diets
• Experience in institutional or special function cooking preferred
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety guidelines
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
