The role at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel centers around supporting the hotel's pastry department, a crucial element in delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences to guests. - Minimum of 4-6 years experience with strong knowledge of cooking, baking and pastry fundamentals
- Pastry diploma or degree preferred
- Ability to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must obtain Food Handler's Card
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, stand and lift up to 50 pounds and push carts up to 200 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
