We are currently seeking an On-Call Cook to join our dedicated team at Westminster Schools of Augusta, located at 3067 Wheeler Road, Augusta, Georgia. This is a part-time, on-call position requiring availability Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with the potential for flexible scheduling based on operational needs. The pay rate for this position is $12.00 per hour. This role is integral to delivering high-quality foodservice in compliance with federal, state, and corporate standards and procedures. As an On-Call Cook at FISD, you will be responsible for preparing delicious food items according to standardized recipes and procedures, ensuring meals are served at the correct temperature, portioned accurately, and presented attractively. Your duties will include assisting in food production planning, maintaining cleanliness and safety of kitchen environments, adhering to HACCP standards, and supporting ordering and inventory processes. You will play a vital role in promoting a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen, upholding all company policies regarding food safety, equipment handling, and workplace safety.
