Clarendale at Indian Lake is currently recruiting for a part-time Concierge to work weekends, specifically from Friday through Sunday, with shifts from 3 pm to 8 pm. This hospitality-focused role is essential as the Concierge serves as the first point of contact in the community. In this position, the Concierge plays an instrumental role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers. The role demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure all individuals feel attended to and valued from their very first interaction. The Concierge is not merely a greeter but a problem-solver and facilitator who manages requests, coordinates communication, and maintains important operational tasks that contribute to seamless daily activities.
Wages for this role range from $15.50 to $17.00 per hour, reflective of experience. - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
