The Concierge position at Ivy Park at Los Gatos is a part-time opportunity with a pay range of $18.20 to $19.50 per hour, depending on experience. This role is essential in making a positive first impression by greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis. The Concierge is responsible for arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone system, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, all while embodying the company’s mission and values. No prior experience is required as training is provided for this role, making it an ideal entry-level position for those interested in hospitality or senior living. The Concierge plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, handling emergency alert systems, managing the business center, and maintaining professional communication with residents, guests, and staff. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, and it is preferred that they have some experience in hospitality or a senior living community. Excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential qualities for success in this position.
