Delaware North is currently hiring a full-time or part-time Line Cook to join their team at Paseo in Anaheim, California. This position plays a crucial role in the kitchen’s day-to-day operations by ensuring the precise preparation of dishes in accordance with recipes and chef specifications. The Line Cook will be responsible for the timely and efficient measurement, portioning, and cooking of food items, maintaining correct food temperatures, and adhering to safe food storage practices. As part of their duties, the Line Cook will perform opening, closing, and side work, keep their workstation clean and organized, and maintain adequate stock levels while following waste control guidelines. The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about culinary arts, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a keen eye for detail in food preparation and safety.
