The role of Resident Services Associate in this community is pivotal in serving residents by providing information, assistance, and a variety of personal services tailored to their specific needs.   • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • two or more years' experience in the hospitality industry
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • computer literacy including Word, Excel spreadsheets, and e-mail
  • multiple language fluency desirable
  • strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • must be punctual and reliable
  • valid Florida driver's license required for operation of a golf cart on-site
  • ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs
