The role of Resident Services Associate in this community is pivotal in serving residents by providing information, assistance, and a variety of personal services tailored to their specific needs. Offered as a part-time, non-exempt position, this role provides an hourly wage of $20.00 along with access to full supplemental benefits including dental and vision insurance. The schedule will vary based on community needs, and occasional travel may be required for training and company functions. • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
• two or more years' experience in the hospitality industry
• effective written and verbal communication skills
• computer literacy including Word, Excel spreadsheets, and e-mail
• multiple language fluency desirable
• strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• must be punctual and reliable
• valid Florida driver's license required for operation of a golf cart on-site
• ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs
• ability to work in an upright standing position for long periods
• ability to walk and climb stairs
• ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
• ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner
