The ClubLife Concierge is an integral member of the Member Experience Team, playing a crucial role in supporting project work and achieving team goals. In addition to managing day-to-day member interactions, the ClubLife Concierge is tasked with building strong relationships with members and guests through proactive engagement and personalized communication. This includes executing key ClubLife projects like birthday campaigns, managing reservations follow-ups, and inviting members to signature events. New member onboarding is a priority in this role, focusing on establishing name recognition and connection points to ensure each member feels welcomed and appreciated from their first visit.
Reporting directly to the Member Experience Manager, this hourly role offers a salary range of $14.00 to $16.00.
