The concierge acts as the communication bridge between the club and its members, handling reservations, inquiries, and individual preferences with a service-oriented mindset. Responsibilities extend beyond simple concierge duties to include programming initiatives that engage members on various topics and promote club events, gatherings, facilities, services, and experiences. In addition to managing day-to-day member interactions, the ClubLife Concierge is tasked with building strong relationships with members and guests through proactive engagement and personalized communication. This includes executing key ClubLife projects like birthday campaigns, managing reservations follow-ups, and inviting members to signature events. New member onboarding is a priority in this role, focusing on establishing name recognition and connection points to ensure each member feels welcomed and appreciated from their first visit. Reporting directly to the Member Experience Manager, this hourly role offers a salary range of $14.00 to $16.00.
