This position focuses on providing outstanding resident services, acting as a crucial information source for community members regarding local market resources, and coordinating various resident programs and activities. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as the successful candidate will greet prospects and residents, manage phone communications, maintain scheduling for guest suites and loading dock activities, and ensure the presentation of clubhouse amenities. Additionally, the candidate will handle package deliveries, manage equipment rental logs, assist in planning resident events, and cultivate relationships with concierge vendors. Physical demands include the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds independently, with the capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions and maintain a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
