Currently, the company is seeking a Concierge to join their team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the daily experience of residents, their families, guests, and employees by providing a warm and professional first point of contact. The Concierge is responsible for greeting all visitors, managing incoming calls, taking thorough messages, and providing general information about the community. This position requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities to ensure the smooth operation of front-desk activities. The Concierge role at Discovery Management Group involves a range of duties that support both administrative functions and resident services. Key responsibilities include handling telephone answering and reception duties, communicating messages accurately, greeting residents and visitors, and assisting with inquiries and directions. The Concierge also supports the marketing team by collating brochures, prepares meal tickets and tallies meal counts for dining staff, and maintains updated resident phone lists, move-in/move-out registers, and guest logs. They manage appointments for residents and their families, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, and distribute mail efficiently.
