The Front Office Lead/Float is a pivotal role within US Oncology Network’s front office operations. This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $34.03, depending on factors such as experience and education. The role requires a proactive leader who can balance operational oversight with direct support and training of front office staff, including receptionists and phone operators. The Front Office Lead/Float ensures daily workflows are efficient, accurate, and compliant with clinic policies while maintaining a positive atmosphere that reflects the organization's commitment to excellent patient care.
As a frontline leader, the individual in this role will oversee daily operations, provide training on procedures and best practices, and serve as a key resource for resolving issues among patients and staff. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical receptionist or office experience preferred
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Outlook Office Word and Excel
- Must complete required e-learning courses within 90 days
