The Concierge / Front Desk position at Artis Senior Living plays a pivotal role in this mission. This part-time role involves working every other weekend on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 7:30 pm, requiring professionalism through adherence to a professional dress code. The starting pay for this position is $19 per hour. As the first point of contact for all guests entering the community, the Concierge is essential in creating a warm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere that fosters a sense of belonging and wellbeing among residents and their families. The Concierge is also responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, providing clerical support including managing mail and packages, and maintaining guest logs and community resources. This role demands excellent customer service skills with a compassionate willingness to work with the elderly population. The Concierge is expected to build positive partnerships not only with residents and their families but also with providers, vendors, and team members. Furthermore, this professional must handle emergency situations calmly, professionally, and effectively, maintaining the cleanliness and order of front lobby and entrance areas.
