We are currently seeking a Lead Receptionist, also known as the Residential Concierge/Receptionist, to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations at the main reception areas, including the Sur and Norte lobbies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff, managing communication via multi-line telephone systems, and handling emergency call panels and situations with quick and appropriate responses. The Lead Receptionist also plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of Administrative Services by managing contact lists, scheduling meetings, handling office logistics, overseeing guest room reservations, and maintaining systems like the SARA (PET alarm) system. Furthermore, the Lead Receptionist is tasked with orienting and training new reception hires, ensuring that all team members are knowledgeable about current policies, procedures, and duties. This leadership aspect ensures a consistently high standard of reception service throughout the facility. Responsibilities extend to coordinating transportation needs by dispatching and scheduling drivers, resolving resident transportation concerns, and maintaining adherence to facility policies including escort requirements and contract stipulations. This position offers an hourly starting pay of $22.00, reflecting the importance of the role in maintaining the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of residents.   • High school graduate
  • Three or more years of proven work experience in a customer service position, preferably as a concierge or front desk role
  • Multi-line telephone console experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to pass background checks including fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, and employment references
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
