Additionally, the role involves managing deliveries including packages, plants, and prescription medications with precision and care, while maintaining accurate records such as community key issuance and gate pass logs.
The candidate will also collaborate with other departments on administrative tasks, helping to ensure efficient operation throughout the community. A key part of this role is responding promptly to concerns raised by residents, families, and employees, striving to uphold high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-up.
