The Concierge position at Blossom Hotel is a key role within the guest experience team, acting as a trusted ambassador responsible for delivering personalized service that enhances the luxury hospitality experience. This role demands a professional who understands the nuances of guest needs and can provide customized assistance with reservations, local dining and entertainment recommendations, transportation arrangements, and fulfilling special requests.  - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
