This role is an exciting opportunity to join the El Dorado Hotel + Kitchen team as a Busser, working onsite within a fast-paced, fun, and high-performing environment. The position is essential in supporting the restaurant’s front-of-house operations and ensuring that every guest’s dining experience is remarkable. Busser team members assist servers by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of dining tables, service stations, and equipment. Bussers help set the ambiance that enables guests to enjoy their meals in a pristine, orderly setting. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities also include stocking supplies, assisting in clearing and resetting tables efficiently, and helping maintain the overall appearance of the restaurant. This role demands physical stamina and the ability to work weekends and holidays to meet the restaurant’s operational needs. Prior bussing experience, preferably with exposure to high-end or fine dining establishments, is valued but not mandatory, as the team is willing to train the right individual to grow within this dynamic role.
