The Concierge is responsible for managing both external and internal communications, including answering calls, taking messages, and relaying information efficiently to relevant team members such as the Director of Sales and the Executive Director. In addition to communication duties, the Concierge supports the community recruitment process by assisting the Business Office Coordinator or HR Designee with administrative tasks such as computer data entry. Maintaining an inviting environment is also a key responsibility, which involves monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and ambiance, including music, to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.
