The Concierge position at Invited is an integral part of the Member Experience team, a role designed to deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to club members. The Concierge is essential in creating unforgettable moments for members before, during, and after each visit, ensuring that every interaction reflects the club's core values of Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells. This role involves managing multiple communication channels, including phone calls, reservations, and emails, to address member inquiries promptly and accurately. Additionally, the Concierge engages members through outreach initiatives aimed at new and at-risk members, promoting club offerings, supporting social media efforts, and participating in member communications. Daily responsibilities include greeting members and guests with warmth and professionalism, managing reservations for dining, programs, and services, and providing detailed information about club facilities and events. The Concierge also supports broader member experience initiatives by assisting with event promotion, social media updates, and maintaining accurate member records through platforms like M360 and MemberFirst. Attention to detail is critical, as the Concierge ensures that personalized touches such as recognizing birthdays and anniversaries, noting dietary restrictions, and creating personalized welcome materials enrich each member's visit. Working closely with the Member Experience Director, the Concierge must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a positive, service-oriented mindset. The role requires flexibility to assist with additional tasks as needed within the club, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to personal and professional growth. Physical demands such as standing for extended periods and the ability to perform physical activities in varying environments are part of the job requirements.
