Reporting to the designated venue Sous Chef, the Cook II prepares a variety of specialty cuisine and standard menu items, strictly adhering to approved recipes, cooking methods, and ingredient guidelines set by the Food and Beverage/Culinary Management team. This position involves maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation aligned with health codes and casino standards. The Cook II plays an essential role in delivering a memorable dining experience to guests by ensuring consistent quality, flavor profiles, and presentation of all food items. This role is hourly and ideal for a culinary professional eager to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment such as a casino resort.
