The role is a vital part of delivering the Renewal by Andersen Signature Service, acting as the single point of contact for homeowners throughout their window and door upgrade process. The Concierge Retail Service Representative collaborates closely with Sales Representatives to provide personalized communication and exceptional service to every homeowner. This ensures a seamless, satisfying customer experience from initial contact through to post-installation follow-up. Candidates in this role are expected to be accomplished in customer service, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The role offers competitive pay ranging from $26.90 to $39.00 per hour plus incentives.
