The Concierge team at Big Sky Resort plays a crucial role in elevating the guest experience. As a Concierge, you will be the face of the resort’s personalized service, providing guests with expert guidance and tailored recommendations to ensure their vacations exceed expectations. This role involves curating once-in-a-lifetime excursions, arranging dining experiences, and assisting guests with various activities and tours both within the resort and the surrounding region, including West Yellowstone. The position requires exceptional time management, communication skills, and an intuitive ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs. Whether guests reach out weeks before their arrival or request assistance spontaneously during their stay, you will be ready to deliver impeccable service, turning even the simplest requests into extraordinary moments. In this role, you will gain in-depth knowledge of Big Sky Resort and its nearby attractions to confidently recommend and sell resort activities. You will have the opportunity to personally experience many of the offerings to provide authentic insights. Working independently at the concierge desk, sound judgment and multitasking abilities are essential, as is the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. The role demands delivering timely, accurate, and personalized responses that craft memorable "magic moments" enhancing each guest’s visit. Collaboration and effective communication with resort vendors, team members, and guests are vital to succeed and contribute to creating a seamless, exceptional guest experience.
