The Restaurant Manager Trainee position at Circle K is designed to prepare candidates for a significant leadership role within the company's restaurant operations. This role provides comprehensive training for new managers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage daily restaurant operations effectively. During the training period, which lasts no longer than 90 days, the trainee may be responsible for some or all aspects of the restaurant business, including managing people, overseeing operations, and meeting financial targets. This hands-on role reports directly to the Restaurant District Manager and offers trainees the chance to develop expertise in guest service, team leadership, recruitment, and administrative duties. Trainees are expected to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, coach and develop team members, and ensure all food safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities also include managing restaurant cleanliness, production management, inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with health department regulations. As part of the training process, trainees will learn to motivate and lead their teams effectively, implement brand campaigns and product training, and maintain communications within the store. • Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred
