The Chef De Cuisine (On-Call) role at Kitsap Conference Center is a vital position responsible for overseeing the culinary team during events and ensuring that food service meets the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. This role requires working closely with the Executive Chef to plan and execute both special and catered events with creativity and operational excellence. The Chef De Cuisine will handle daily operational oversight during events, manage the performance of culinary staff, ensure adherence to food safety and quality protocols, and maintain open communication with all departments to create seamless event experiences. The position demands a proactive leader capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining a safe and productive work environment at all times.
