The role of Event Manager at CDS is a full-time position geared toward candidates who are driven to lead and manage in-store product demonstration teams. The Event Manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising part-time product demonstrators, ensuring that the showcased products are prepared and presented at the highest standards, with a focus on food safety and sanitation. This position requires proactive communication with warehouse managers, vendors, and product demonstrators to facilitate smooth event execution and guarantee exemplary service to all club members. The Event Manager will also play a key role in supporting new store grand openings, helping to establish a strong presence and customer engagement from the outset. Operating on a set schedule, typically Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, the Event Manager role offers a balanced work-life dynamic.
