We are currently seeking on-call Events Servers to join our esteemed hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding service in a luxury environment and who enjoy flexible working hours. As an Events Server at Alila Napa Valley, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests during banquet and special events. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food and beverage services, ensuring event spaces are impeccably presented, and supporting seamless execution from set-up to clean-up. You will work closely with kitchen, bar, and planning departments to help ensure every detail of the event is perfected. This position requires attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and a dedication to maintaining the high standards associated with the Alila and Hyatt brands.                 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Ability to work flexible, on-call hours
 - Experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
 - Strong attention to detail
 - Excellent customer service skills
 - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
 - Basic knowledge of food safety practices
