The Catering Kitchen Chef role at SanTan Brewing Company is a critical position within the culinary team that supports the company’s catering operations. This full-time role, based in Chandler, AZ, is suited for a passionate culinary professional with a minimum of two years of experience who thrives in fast-paced kitchen environments. The chef will be responsible for overseeing food quality, consistency, and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet SanTan’s high standards. This includes monitoring taste, temperature, and portion control while constantly checking for visual appeal. Managing both hot and cold food preparation is an important aspect of the job, requiring the chef to prepare daily prep sheets and ensure proper storage and handling before shift ends. 
Additionally, the Catering Kitchen Chef will troubleshoot any food or kitchen-related issues, take leadership in hiring and training catering cooks and dish crew, and enforce all internal procedures. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness not only in the kitchen but also in food trucks falls under the chef’s purview, together with strict adherence to Maricopa County Health Department regulations. The chef must exemplify impeccable personal and operational hygiene and maintain high safety standards, setting a strong example for the entire culinary team. The role demands knowledge of dietary restrictions to accommodate guests’ needs appropriately.                 - Culinary experience minimum two years
