• High school diploma or equivalency degree
• 1-2 years experience in grocery retail front end department preferred
• previous natural foods industry experience is a plus
• ability to maintain customer service excellence
• ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
• capacity to take initiative and adapt in diverse situations
• excellent communication skills
• proficiency in MS Office
• ability to multitask and organize effectively
• knowledge of basic math and measurements
