This role demands an individual who is comfortable standing for extended periods, often up to five hours, and capable of handling physical tasks such as safely lifting and maneuvering trays weighing between 20 and 25 pounds. Basic knowledge of dining room operations and service protocols is essential, alongside the ability to handle money transactions and confidently operate a point-of-sale system.
