As a Passenger Service Agent at Swissport, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience for passengers. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of customer-facing tasks such as verifying passenger documentation, issuing boarding passes, managing baggage handling, and supporting passengers with special needs including unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and individuals requiring wheelchair assistance.
