The Club Manager position at the Rialto S Riverside location offers an engaging career opportunity with a pay range of $23.00 to $26.00 per hour. The role demands a committed leader to oversee the day-to-day gym operations ensuring a superior member experience that aligns with the Judgement Free philosophy, while maintaining the club’s financial health. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for fostering a positive and motivational work environment by supervising and developing a team of fitness professionals including assistant managers, member service representatives, trainers, and custodians. The Club Manager will recruit, hire, train, schedule, and lead the team ensuring that all members, prospective members, and guests feel welcome and valued. The role requires active involvement in front desk operations such as member greetings, answering inquiries, new member tours, and resolving member concerns efficiently. The manager is also accountable for operational tasks like payroll administration, marketing, managing expenditures, and maintaining overall facility cleanliness and safety. Additionally, the Club Manager must have excellent organizational skills to track and report statistics critical to the club’s performance. • Must be 18 years or older
• have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• passion for fitness and health
• one to three years of management experience preferred
• computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• strong leadership and coaching skills
• direct experience managing customer focused teams in fitness or similar industry
