The Busser/Barback position at Yard House plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of the restaurant by supporting servers and bartenders. Responsibilities include sanitizing and restocking supplies, assisting bartenders with clearing bar tops, cleaning and sanitizing barware, as well as restocking glassware and plateware to maintain efficiency during busy shifts. Another key function of the role is managing keg changes to keep the beers on tap fresh, contributing to the overall quality of the guest experience. • previous experience in the restaurant or bar industry preferred
