Important duties also include overseeing scheduling, maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety standards, managing liquor inventory, and supporting the Local Store Marketer in building sales. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in restaurant supervisory or management role
• Ability to work flexible and varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Understanding of food safety standards and alcohol service regulations
• Must be able to stand and move around the restaurant during work shifts
• Reliable transportation to commute to work
