Bussers use specialized skills, including efficient cleaning and resetting of tables within three minutes, to ensure seamless turnover and an optimal dining environment. This position requires someone who can be an effective silent communicator, collaborating closely with Hosts and Servers to quickly signal table readiness. In addition to resetting tables, Bussers help maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant by performing light housekeeping tasks such as rolling silverware and cleaning restrooms.
