We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role demands a detail-oriented and experienced professional responsible for managing the financial and administrative operations within our senior living community. The Business Office Manager will oversee a wide array of financial processes, including preparing resident move-in and move-out documentation, supervising cash controls, and maintaining accurate daily cashbooks and bank reconciliations. This individual will also monitor accounts payable, coordinate payroll and employee benefits processing, and ensure compliance with real estate tax payments and other financial obligations. Additionally, the Business Office Manager prepares journal entries, manages balance sheet accounts, and reviews monthly financial statements and management reports. They maintain essential team member, resident, vendor, and financial records in strict accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role includes direct interaction with residents on billing and collection issues, managing resident files, and overseeing human resource functions such as new hire orientation and team member scheduling. Responsibilities further extend to managing job postings, applicant tracking, and maintaining private accounts for Health Center residents in compliance with state, local, and federal guidelines.   • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Associate's degree in Accounting
  • One to three years of related accounting experience
