As a Bowl Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving to enjoy the bowling lanes. Your main goal is to welcome guests warmly, provide them with all necessary information about the activities and specials available, and ensure their time is both fun and memorable. This role demands a high-energy, helpful, and knowledgeable team member who can smoothly guide guests through the bowling process, including assisting with lane setup, ball selection, and shoe fitting. Beyond guest interaction, Bowl Attendants must be vigilant in maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation, ensuring all equipment and lanes meet rigorous cleanliness requirements. They will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving lane malfunctions promptly, processing guest payments accurately, and keeping the bowling area organized and inviting. Strong communication skills are critical for coordinating with management, team members, and guests, as well as handling any issues that arise during service. This position requires availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends, to accommodate the entertainment center’s operating schedule. This employment opportunity offers a compensation range of $14 to $16 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair pay.
