The Beauty Advisor (BA) position at Ulta Beauty plays a critical role in delivering a superior shopping experience. This role involves engaging with guests to understand their beauty needs and preferences, providing knowledgeable product recommendations, and performing cashier tasks. Additionally, BAs are responsible for maintaining store appearance by stocking merchandise and ensuring cleanliness, as well as supporting in-store events and services. The BA contributes directly to store performance goals, including retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink standards. This role requires adaptability to a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers a competitive pay range of $16.00 - $21.50 per hour with opportunities for overtime.
