The company maintains corporate offices in London, New York, Dallas, and Seattle. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sommelier to be a vital part of our hospitality team. This full-time hourly position offers a competitive salary range of $23 to $25 per hour. In this role, the Sommelier will oversee the wine menu and provide expert recommendations on the best wine and food pairings to enhance the guest experience. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with winemakers to continually upgrade wine selections and ensure an exceptional wine program. This role requires a strong passion for wine, a comprehensive knowledge of food and wine pairings, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The Sommelier will be responsible for managing inventory and keeping the wine cellar fully stocked, educating guests about wine varieties, and training team members on the wine program to maintain a high standard of wine service. Additionally, the Sommelier will organize wine tasting events and ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sommelier or wine steward experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of wine varieties and food pairings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with kitchen staff
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
