The role of Bartender at Safe Harbor Marinas is vital in maintaining an inviting and enjoyable bar environment for both restaurant and bar patrons. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of liquor, mixed drinks, beer, and wine and should be capable of managing orders efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. The bartender is expected to have strong observational skills and the ability to think quickly to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests. Responsibilities include greeting and engaging guests warmly, preparing drinks correctly, checking IDs to comply with alcohol consumption laws, maintaining inventory and supplies, and processing payments accurately. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and who is willing to assist with overtime when necessary. The bartender will also contribute to planning the drink menu and informing guests about the latest specials, fostering an atmosphere where customers feel important, comfortable, and relaxed.                 - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
 - Previous bartending experience required
 - TIPS certification preferred
 - Customer service experience preferred
 - Working knowledge of spirits and related beverage items
 - Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
 - Ability to stand for long periods of time
 - Ability to bend, stoop, lift, rotate, reach
 - Ability to lift 50 pounds
