- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Completion of basic food handling training and obtain any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required
- Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program
- Prior experience in a high-volume bar environment preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- Provide excellent guest service
- Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to take and follow directions
- Respond with a sense of urgency
