The Receptionist role at CenterWell plays a vital part in upholding the company’s mission to put health first by being the welcoming voice and face of the organization. This position primarily involves managing incoming and outgoing telephone communications, accounting for the majority of the daily responsibilities. The Receptionist ensures every caller and visitor is greeted promptly, courteously, and directed accurately to the right person or department, thus contributing to a seamless and positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff. In addition to phone management, the receptionist issues visitor passes, maintains visitor logs, and handles routine inquiries from both internal and external parties regarding hours, locations, and contact information. Beyond these duties, the Receptionist also conducts various administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms, typing documents, organizing mail, and managing courier packages. This position requires working within established policies and procedures, typically under close supervision, but demands a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong customer service orientation. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering stability with full-time employment. The pay range for this position is $38,000 to $45,800 annually, reflecting a commitment to fair compensation.
