This position is for a Bartender, a vital role within the hospitality team, responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through superior beverage service. The Bartender will greet guests, learn their preferences, answer questions, and recommend menu items, ensuring all interactions contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, with skill and attention to detail. The successful candidate will also engage in upselling, creative recipe development, proper use of bar equipment, and basic cleaning duties to maintain a clean and inviting bar space. Beyond technical skills, the bartender is expected to stay guest-focused and consistently nurture an excellent guest experience, balancing efficient service with personalized attention to each customer. Fluency in a second language is an advantage.
