In this position, bartenders work closely with other food and beverage staff to ensure timely and efficient service, maintain bar cleanliness and organization, and adhere strictly to all state, federal, and corporate regulations related to alcohol service. The bartender will also be tasked with preparing craft artisan cocktails, maintaining inventory, handling cash transactions accurately, and promoting signature drinks. • Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand portion sizes
