This role is full-time or part-time and involves serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The position is tipped, with an hourly minimum wage of $17.25, exclusive of any additional tipped earnings. The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of two years’ bartending experience in fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar environments. Advanced knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wine, and cocktail construction is essential, and a mixology or sommelier certification is preferred. The position demands physical stamina, including constant standing, walking, bending, and the ability to lift stock weighing up to 35 pounds.
